Organizational Culture Intelligence

The operating system for how your organization behaves.

Every company writes down its values. Almost none can tell you whether people actually live them. Nondum turns stated culture into observable behavior, finds where strategy and behavior diverge, and designs the right intervention to close the gap.

Culture is the most talked-about, least measured asset a company has.

Values live on the wall and in the careers page. The lived reality lives somewhere else entirely. Annual surveys ask people to self-report a feeling once a year, response rates are low, the data is thin, and yet entire action plans get built on top of it. When something slips, the reflex is a generic course or a blame-the-individual conversation that rarely transfers, because it was never matched to the actual cause.

Nondum was built to replace that with something real: continuous signal from the behavior an organization already produces, and interventions matched to the specific gap, role, and context.

A platform we are building, and a practice you can hire today.

Nondum is building the software that diagnoses culture from real data and designs the interventions to fix it. Alongside that, we work directly with leaders and organizations now, advising on culture and organizational development, HR strategy and systems, and coaching the executives carrying it all. That hands-on work is both how we create value today and how we learn what to build.

The culture layer for a part-human, part-AI workforce.

Operationalized culture is, in effect, a machine-readable behavioral specification. As AI agents become coworkers, companies will need to communicate behavioral expectations to them too, and the same translation that tells a product manager what "customer obsession" means becomes an agent's instruction set. Nondum is building toward the category nobody owns yet: the operating system for how an organization behaves, human and machine alike.

Whether you want to build it, fund it, or work with us.

Nondum is in its earliest stage and looking for the right co-founders, early team, investors, and pilot partners who believe culture deserves real instrumentation.
